The LORD pre-exists all that we perceive, all that we experience, all that we think we know and yet has determined to make Himself known and to draw mankind individually to Himself in relationship.
The articles, daily devotionals and insight blogs of this site are intended to nurture that understanding or to provoke thought as to why you would think otherwise. Whether you are a believer in Jesus, a disciple of Jesus or agnostic toward the Lord, you are welcome to stretch your frame of reference through our resources.

To know God you need to know what He says about Himself. That is what the Bible is all about for it is the God-given autobiography which He personally gave to mankind. Your perception of who God is must be founded in what He says about Himself and not in tradition or myths popularly accepted.
In the “BIBLE” section, you will find glimpses into the content and meaning of this Book.
“He who comes from above is above all. He who is of the earth belongs to the earth and speaks in an earthly way. He who comes from heaven is above all.
There you have the summary of this site so if that satisfies you God desire, you need go no further. This section takes a broader look at who God says He is, going beyond man’s perception and trusting Him.
I have found the most fruitful way of knowing God is to spend quality time in the Message He has given us in the Bible. Our Daily Devotionals begin at the first of the year and follow through the Bible book-by-book through the year. These are primarily what God says about Himself and His view of relationship with us as His creation. They are meant to provoke thought and remind daily of His desires.
While the Daily Devotionals are a systematic journey through the Bible, these Insight Blogs are usually topical and pull in several passages on a given topic. They tend to be my observations on how the Bible addresses issues worth exploring and are often rooted in subjects that have come up in personal studies, conversations, current circumstances and what is on my heart.
